Hey y\u2019all! I never meant to disappear like that, but things got busy Thursday when friends arrived and we stayed rockin and rollin\u2019 all weekend long! More pictures to come later, but I thought I\u2019d pop in and share what is on our menu this week.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/p>\n Although I was pretty tired after all the fun, I spent Hailey\u2019s nap time meal planning because nothing makes me feel more ready for the week than having meals lined up. Here\u2019s what I came up with\u2026<\/p>\n The list came together fairly quickly after taking stock of what we had on hand. Then came the shopping.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n The Meat House <\/a><\/p>\n Josh\u2019s Farmers Market <\/a><\/p>\n Harris Teeter I scored a few great deals at Harris Teeter, so I will now have 2 lbs of frozen tilapia leftover. Also, I plan to freeze half the BBQ for a rainy day since it is WAY more than we need for one meal.<\/p>\n Total grocery bill- $100.34<\/p>\n Prep for the week consisted of quinoa<\/a>. Easy enough!<\/p>\nSunday<\/span>– Tilapia Ceviche with Corn Chips and Avocado<\/h3>\n
Monday<\/span>– Slow Cooker Pulled BBQ Pork Sandwiches<\/a> and Roasted Asparagus<\/h3>\n
Tuesday<\/span>– Garden Fresh Pesto Pizzas with Salad<\/h3>\n
Wednesday<\/span>– Chicken Burrito Bowls<\/h3>\n
Thursday<\/span>– Grilled Corn Salad<\/a>, Baked Sweet Potato and Grilled Chicken<\/h3>\n
Friday<\/span>– Whatever is Left or pick up a pizza<\/h3>\n
