- 1 lb (about 3 cups) raw cashews
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Spread raw cashews on rimmed baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 10 minutes.
- While the cashews roast, Mix together the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Remove cashews from oven and dump into a large bowl. Mix well, while still warm, with butter and spice mixture until well coated.
- Spread the coated cashews back onto the rimmed baking sheet and roast for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from oven and allow them to cool.
- Serve immediately or keep in an airtight container.
