Am I the only one that find it easier to wake up in the morning if I know I have a knew breakfast awaiting me? ::crickets chirping:: 😉 Well I haven’t had cereal in forever and was looking forward to enjoying a bowl of a new kind I picked up at the store.
For those that are new to goji berries, let me introduce you. Goji berries (also called wolfberries) are berries (duh) that grow in China, Mongolia and the Himalayas. They are red and usually shriveled (think red and raisin-like). Gojis are rich in antioxidants and have been used for 6000+ years to do the following:
help eyesight
improve sexual function and fertility
strengthen the legs (not sure how it does this, but oh well ;))
boost immune function
improve circulation
promote longevity

Lol love the superhuman jab – I feel like every week there is a new “superfood.” I actually have some goji berries though! I picked them up on my last stop at WFM, but I haven’t used them yet. I’m thinking goji berry cookies? Haha anything to make them less healthier than they are apparently!
The cereal looks yummy though and so does the sushi! You and I are on the same wavelength babe – I’ve had sushi thrice this week so far!! I only wish I could find it made with brown rice somewhere around here *sad face*

Ok. I wasn’t hungry for dinner, but you just made my tummy growl. I love cereal and sushi. I mean not together of course. 😉
