Somehow an entire month has flown by and I’m now 33 weeks pregnant, which sounds so much further along than 32 in my mind. Holy moly.

What Fruit are you? She’s a pineapple (a PINEAPPLE!) this week, weighing in at over 4 pounds and 17 inches long. Her bones are starting to harden (and momma is keeping up with the calcium to help out) and she’s continuing to put on that adorable baby chub.

Due date: May 9, 2014 – according to my last appointment, I’m measuring right on track.

How far along: 33 weeks

Gender: Baby girl!

Total weight gain/loss: Up 25 pounds (I was up 26 at this point with Hailey, so it’s pretty much evened itself out)

Exercise: I keep a list of all my completed workouts because… I’m neurotic? Figuring you probably don’t have interest in seeing them all, the summary is still a mixture of weights and walking (3 miles max) with some stair stepper thrown in for good measure. I’m averaging 3 real workouts a week, supplemented by deliberate extra walks or lunges around the house. I tend to have a few off days where exercising feels really tedious, followed by a few days of I FEEL AWESOME.

I can a real difference on how much more water and food I need on days when I workout. I’ve gone to the gym, only to realize I’m hungry and grab a snack from the vending machine. I’m sure a few people have giggled at the pregnant lady sitting and eating at the gym.

Stretch marks: Nada. Thanks, mom, for the good genes!

Swelling: Nada.

Belly button: It’s gross. Proof is that when Hailey wants to kiss her little sister, she demands a bare belly and laughs EVERY SINGLE TIME she first sees my belly button. Kindly, she still gives it a kiss, but those giggles cut deep, kid!

Sleep: Amazing. Asleep by 9:30 or 10 and sleeping solidly until my alarm at 6:15. That’s about 8-9 hours a night. Soaking it up.
