Sunday we celebrated Hailey\u2019s 4 month birthday. I sang to her. She loved it.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/p>\n I\u2019ll do a post this week about all that she\u2019s been up to (because it\u2019s quite a lot!), but this post is about Hailey\u2019s mama.<\/p>\n At 4 months postpartum I feel wonderful. Dare I say back to normal? Whatever normal is\u2026<\/p>\n Exercising<\/strong> is going great. I don\u2019t have any pain and I no longer feel like my insides are going to fall out when I bounce or run. Thanks to a new sports bra I feel well supported. I\u2019m working out about 4 days a week right now. I\u2019m loving pushing myself with the Couch to 10k program. I\u2019m just finished up week 8 and am moving on to week 9. I also love going weekly to pilates at the gym. It\u2019s reminding me of where my abs are supposed to be. I\u2019m getting there <\/p>\n
