We get stuck in ruts around here sometimes because I tend to rely on the same staples week after week. Luckily with the addition of leftovers, I can usually manage to keep Hailey\u2019s meals very quick (5-10 minutes to put together MAX), simple and well-balanced. Here are 10 meals she\u2019s been chowing down on lately.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/p>\n Leftover salmon. Sweet potato cubes baked with olive oil, salt and pepper. Saut\u00e9ed broccoli with olive oil, lemon juice and salt.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Scrambled eggs with peppers. Avocado slices. Orange slices.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Ground turkey, red peppers and black beans saut\u00e9ed in olive oil with cumin, salt and pepper. Salsa for dipping. Avocado bites.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Oatmeal with chia seeds and honey with blueberries and orange slices.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Leftover gyro lamb burger. Quinoa. Cherry tomatoes. Grapes. Greek yogurt Tzatziki for dipping.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Cream cheese sandwich. Avocado bites. Orange slices.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Leftover chicken mixed with brown rice, broccoli, olive oil and parmesan cheese.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Scrambled eggs with onion, bacon, cheese and orange slices.<\/p>\n
