I\u2019m posting late today because I spent the morning with the wonderful (seriously, they are all SO nice) people of FOX News Rising<\/a> again. You can check out my segment here<\/a>.<\/p>\n I think I said LOVE<\/em> a few too many times and might have been a little excessive in my references to Hailey, but luckily I\u2019ll have time to improve because I\u2019m going to be a regular! I\u2019m thrilled to be joining the crew every other Thursday to discuss quick and healthy eats for kids.<\/p>\n Moving on\u2026<\/p>\n Hailey has been in a dipping phase lately, and here are two dips she\u2019s been loving.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n It\u2019s easy to throw together, so don\u2019t let the food processor deter you.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Throw it all in and blend until smooth (1-2 minutes).<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Hailey couldn\u2019t wait to try it out.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n She approved, though I should disclose that she ate only one carrot stick before using them simply as bean dip delivery mechanisms\u2026 ok, as spoons.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n To switch gears from savory to sweet, we\u2019ve also been loving this ridiculously easy dip-<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Combine in a bowl and whisk until smooth.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Serve with graham crackers\u2026<\/p>\n or eat straight from a spoon.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n I love that this snack packs a punch of protein (from the Greek yogurt and peanut butter) and healthy fats. It\u2019s perfect for my finicky eater who will sometimes only eat a few bites of a meal.<\/p>\n It also works great as a spread.<\/p>\n\n
