It’s March and I’m excited! This is the month I really hope to get everything in order for baby girl, possibly attempt potty training, stay focused on maintaining a healthy and active pregnancy (event though running may be a thing of the past now at 30 weeks!) and cook up lots of soups and stews to hopefully finish up this winter weather and get ready for spring!
Like I mentioned last month, for my own convenience, I’m wrapping up each months top posts into a neat little bundle, so let’s get going on February’s…

Love the summary!! And helps remind us what awesome posts you put out last month!! I hope March is a good month (I think rising temperatures will make anything better than this past month haha).

The pictures of the two sister books reminds me of a few picture books thst would be perfect for Hailey as she transitions into the role of big sister. Julius, Baby of the World by Kevin Henkes is hilarious and sweet. Sophie’s Squash by Pat Ziegler Miller and Anne Wilsdorf is adorable. It’s about a young girl who lovingly cares for a squash, as if it were a baby. She considers it her friend. And finally, a new book titled Maple (can’t recall the author) about a young girl who becomes a big sister. Happy reading!

Love the grocery bill eye-opening experience. I did the same thing and WOW. I’m now a coupon cutting mama!

Will be looking for your potty training posts…my 2.5 yr old is actually just a bit younger than your Hailey, and we’ve been *slowwwwwly* working on potty training for about 1.5 months now. She holds and will NOT release on command (her own command). She waits till naptime and bedtime, and will hold ALL day!!! Excited to see what you decide to do, and how it goes…
Also, I just had our 2nd baby in Nov, so doing it with a new baby on hand is — challenging– to say the least. Usually, right when I sit down and start nursing him is when she needs help to get to the potty… SO! All that to say, I think it’s a great idea to start now. 🙂
Good luck!

I can’t wait to read about the potty training post and also the pacifier issue. I would love for you to include just how addicted Hailey is to the pacifier as you talk about weaning her from it. Good luck!

I’m hoping to possibly attempt potty training in two weeks and as for the paci, shoot, I have no clue! She hugs and kisses her paci when she drops it off in the bed each morning haha! Yikes.
