Little People’s Disney Princess Song Castle

We’ve had this adorable Little People Princess Castle in our house thanks to Aunt Cara and Uncle Stat since Hailey was two years old and it still (three years later) is a household favorite. The princesses, when placed on the dance floor, each say their name, a statement and sing a segment of their respective movie songs. Kaitlyn even brings the princesses to bed with her at night. Art Mosaic Projects

Ideal for the older two year old, this princess mosaic set or the pet mosaic set both have larger foam tiles that are easier for smaller hands to use as they further develop their fine motor skills. It’s a great first art project and kids two to three years old will love it.

The Code-A-Pillar

Designed to teach young kids the beginning concept of coding, kids (ages 2 1/2 to age 6 ideally) connect the 9 segments to program the path of The Code-A-Pillar, which lights up, makes sounds and blinks as it goes along its path. I’ve heard really great things about the product and am excited to play with it with the girls on Christmas morning.

Dress Up Clothes

I love this age because pretend play is really starting to gear up. I love snagging some post Halloween discounted costumes for the girls to dress up in (or try checking your local Goodwill which can have some great finds sometimes too). I’m talking toys not Clorox. I love how much little kids think chores are fun (may it always stay that way!). We have this yard tools set for the kids and they love helping in the yard. Step 2 Up & Down Roller Coaster

This would qualify as a splurge gift, but splurge we did after seeing how much my nieces and nephews loved and used theirs (for years). This three piece track locks safely together and the riding cart has a high back and handrail for safety. It’s a toddler’s dream!

Though it looks super simple (because it is), this Bilibo toy has won awards by child development experts as it inspires creative, imaginative and limitless play for kids ages 2 and up. Rock it, fill it, wear it, slide it– toddlers will love it!
